TECHNICAL NOTE: This document was originally a scan of the complaint, I then used Acrobat 6 to perform OCR on it, converting it from a graphic to text. This made the text copy-able and more visually crisp. It looks to me like it worked quite well, but I haven’t checked over the whole thing. If there are any graphics or handwriting in the document, I expect they would be distorted
